School Bus Registration / Communication System

AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL HONG KONG

SCHOOL BUS SERVICE [ 2024 ]

KWOON CHUNG MOTORS COMPANY LIMITED of 3/F 8 Chong Fu Road. Chai Wan, Hong Kong (Tel: 3193 9350; Email: ais@kcm.com.hk) has been providing school bus service for Australian International students on a contract basis for the past years, and will be continuing for the 2024 school year.

ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM

To provide parents with a more effective and efficient bus application process, all bus riders will be expected to register online. There will no longer be paper registration.

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE

In order to allow sufficient time to prepare various bus routes, to schedule pick-up/drop-off times, to process bus tags and to co-ordinate school buses to avoid over-crowding, parents should submit the application on or before the deadline below.

Application Deadline:                   January 3, 2024 (Wednesday)

Please note that students are required to submit new bus application for EACH new school year, the services will NOT be automatically. After the application deadline, seats will be allocated on first-in-first-service basis. If the bus is full, students will be put on the bus waiting list.

For new students, bus application should be submitted as soon as he/she has been accepted to AIS.
